The recipes were also easy enough to fix on a normal weeknight. However, we only have normal weeknights about half the time — so i actually used these recipes over a two week period, filling in with pizza from Papa Murphys, scrambled eggs, and bean burritos on other nights. Ely’s crock pot menu might be good for busy nights, but that would require me to get the meal into the crock pot in the morning, which doesn’t really work for me either.
Dried fruit and fruit juices (even those with no added sugar) are concentrated forms of carbohydrates and therefore should be eaten in limited amounts.
